About Guided Resilience

Hi, I’m Shonta Jones-Caruthers a wife, mother, mentor, and creator of Guided Resilience Mentorship.

I know what it feels like to carry the weight of responsibilities, to struggle with balance, and to search for a safe place to heal and grow. My own journey has taught me that resilience isn’t about being unshakable ,it’s about finding the courage to rise, rebuild, and keep moving forward, even in the face of challenges.

Through my mentorship program, journals, eBooks, and digital tools, I help young women and individuals discover their inner strength, create balance in their lives, and develop the confidence to embrace their true selves. My mission is simple: to guide you toward resilience so you can live with purpose, peace, and self-worth.
